About the job: Drive pragmatic solutions to complex problems by applying in-depth knowledge and expertise with an ability to communicate concisely with your team (Focusing on Commercial Insurance, Reinsurance, and Delegated Authority all along the value chain - i.e. Underwriting, Risk Engineering, Distribution, Product Design, Policy & Claims Management, etc.).   Management of accounts, projects and/or workstreams with the ability to articulate the interplay between business and technology processes across an organisation.   Conduct and review detailed analysis to guide the decision-making process that support innovative and pragmatic solutions.   Mentor consultants to increase industry specific knowledge and practical experiences across London market, UK Insurance and Reinsurance transformation – as well as encourage the sharing of expertise with the internal UK team and wider. Providing direction and thought leadership by managing market and trend analyses to drive business development and strategic opportunities for growth.   Coherently convey your deep industry knowledge to proactively recommend new and innovative solutions tailored to specific clients’ needs.  Job Requirements You bring a minimum of 6 years' experience in UK Insurance / London Market / Reinsurance / Insurtech or consultancy firm with exposure to Insurance / Reinsurance clients.   You are educated to bachelor's degree level, it is a bonus if you are holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc or MBA) and/or additional qualifications.     You have utilised proven use of project management and effective change management skills to plan and lead work streams through all phases of the project lifecycle. You deliver high quality deliverables by exhibiting impactful team management strategies.  You don’t hesitate to be hands-on and bring your experience in target operating model and process design & development. Additionally, you use your strong quantitative and qualitative skills to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualise solutions.   Your advanced communication, presentation and facilitation skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholders and build long-term relationships with clients. You demonstrate development of new topics and various business initiatives - utilising your team’s skills to expand product and service offering.  You have a deep understanding and curiosity of key technology platforms and solutions used in the insurance sector and you can drive opportunities for technological and business improvements.   Job Benefits Why us: A unique opportunity to shape the UK office through participating in internal initiatives (CSR, DE&I, recruitment, marketing) .
