We are currently partnering with a leading higher education institution based in Hertfordshire , who are recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor to join their growing team on a temporary basis (4 months).
Our client is proud to be recognised as one of the world’s leading specialist educational body in their field.

This is a full-time position with a negotiable rate (subject to experience) and the start date is the week commencing the 29th of April.

Assisting with researching and developing the RVC’s employment policy framework as required by the Employee Relations Manager and Deputy Director of HR
Supporting the HR team by helping to promote awareness of Care First, which is an Employees Assistance Programme that provides a confidential advice and counselling service

Intermediate level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
