Senior Account Manager - Events Agency. - EVENT AGENCY REQUIRED Flexible Hybrid Working - KENT
£Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager with a passion for managing unforgettable events? This is a fast paced and exciting role providing the opportunity for occasional national and international travel working alongside a fun and experienced team. You will be part of a team that delivers world class events, and you will be responsible for maintaining and building working relationships with our wonderful client, who has a fantastic reputation for great customer service.

The Senior Account Manager will work together with the wider Client Services team to contribute to and support the strategy and growth of clients and prospects.

Ambitious to progress and help be an integral part of the growth and reputation of the business.
To strategically oversee and support multiple concurrent event projects and their budgets while growing client relationships.
Responsible for supporting and managing key account deliverables against the scope of work, across a range of clients and industry sectors.
Responsible for maintaining and growing existing clients and working within the Commercial Team on new business.
Add value to the existing team with industry knowledge and share best practice and policy development.
Being commercially aware and accountable for your own projects’ profitability while looking for the next new business, repeat business, up-selling or cross-selling opportunity.
Involved in on-going professional development.
Fully literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Experience in using financial management systems and CRM systems.
The highest levels of account handling / client relationship expertise.
Creative and innovative approach.
