Our Finance Director is committed to mentoring you, guiding you to become a true superstar in the field. Take Ownership of Accounting Responsibilities:

Master payments, invoices, income, and receipts, ensuring flawless data entry into our systems.
Manage sales and invoice ledgers: Reconcile bank accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
Vigilantly audit business accounts and swiftly alert the Director of Finance to any discrepancies.
Craft financial insights: Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
Showcase financial health: Generate quarterly management accounts to reflect business income and expenditure.
Oversee payroll: Manage payroll processes and employee expense claims with unwavering accuracy.
Assist the Director of Finance and external advisors with administrative duties, including preparing yearly accounts.

Take Ownership of Office Management Responsibilities:

Manage and distribute all incoming post and general inquiries from the website, social media, public email, and telephone.
Oversee hard and electronic filing using SharePoint.
Work with external property compliance companies, liaise with tenants, and conduct annual inspections.
Maintain business insurance requirements and update insurers on policy changes.

Cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our office members, including visiting customers, guests, suppliers, and contractors.
