Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience and driving the company's talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods including direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and networking to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels and initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.

Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

Key Requirements:

Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services sector or a similar fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
