Due to an influx of new clients, we’re currently looking to welcome a motivated, experienced Project Manager to our growing team to help manage multiple ongoing projects and help us to continually drive success for our clients.

Oversee and manage a diverse range of digital marketing projects, including long-term SEO and content marketing retainers, one-off web development projects, social media campaigns, and PPC.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Utilise project management software to track project progress, manage resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
Generate comprehensive reports, pulling insights from Paymo and other tools, to review project outcomes, measure effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor team productivity and allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our project management processes and standards.
Provide exceptional client service, acting as the main point of contact for project-related queries and updates.

Ideally 3+ year(s) of experience as a project manager in an agency environment
Experience creating gantt charts and running project stand ups & retrospectives
Proven experience as a project manager in a digital marketing agency.
Strong familiarity with project management tools, specifically Paymo, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and reports.
Knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
