Reports To: Senior Account Manager

Contract Type:  Full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location of Role: Hybrid role, 2 days in office (central London location) 3 days working from home.

Pathway CTM is a growing Social Enterprise that helps school-leavers, get into the world of work.

To do this we work with a range of companies across multiple sectors, and schools to deliver our Employability Programme: made up of Events, Application Clinics, One-to-One Support, and Work Experience opportunities. 

 

Our aim is for every young person in the UK to know the range of options they have once they leave school, unlock their true potential, and ultimately find a valuable place in society. 

 

About the role:  

This is a great role for someone looking to gain experience in the workplace. You will be working with our dynamic passionate team contributing towards a positive impact in supporting young people to understand future options. You will be working closely with both our Schools & Delivery Teams becoming an integral part of the collaboration between both teams.

 

You will be the support function for both teams to ensure an organised, timely approach to the administration of our school's programme and client projects is taken. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills across a range of areas. 

 

Your responsibilities:  

· Work closely with the Schools team sourcing schools to participate in our Employer & Client Projects.

· Support the Schools team in making calls to encourage event and programme sign ups.

· Join termly account calls with the Senior Account Manager to support with client projects.

· Support the Senior Account Manager with co-ordination of client projects.

· Support with reporting and data requests for our education clients and ensure we are working towards our student target.

· Responsible for managing the Schools Team inbox & Info@ Inbox on a daily basis making sure all emails are responded to and actioned within one working day.

· Contribute during dedicated time for Student Support to help young people with applications and to gather feedback from Pathway CTM events.

 

What we are looking for…  

· Customer Service experience and having the confidence to speak on the phone to schools and students.

· Sales ability to showcase to schools what Pathway CTM have to offer.

· You need to be able to take a methodical and organised approach to your work, paying close attention to detail.

· Be articulate both in written and verbal communication.

· Use initiative to prioritise tasks and support Account Managers in their workload.
