The Programs & Deployment team focuses on creating and delivering programs to enable the best customer experience, wherever it happens. This role, based in London, is focused on the enablement of Channel Partners in delivering training to their staff members, through a number of sales training programs and in-store experiences. This role requires a close working relationship within our Sales Training & Advocacy Programs organisation as well as Store Operations, country teams in EMEIA, and the Sales Organisation to ensure clear implementation, deployment and measurement.
This position requires great communication and presentation skills, great analytical skills and project/program management experience, along with:
Support existing program deployment execution.
Support the coordination of our centralised virtual training events with our managed service provider.
Great understanding of the multi-language and multi-cultural aspect of a highly fragmented region that EMEIA is.
Experience in project/program management with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organisational and planning skills; Ability to engage with different parts of the business on training related projects
Advanced use of Keynote and Excel/Numbers.
Experience in deploying or working with learning management systems
Experience in the training industry
