Time 4 Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Site Manager to join a dynamic construction company, who are a market leader in retail fit-out throughout the UK.

This retail project requires a Night Site Manager in Minehead for 8 weeks starting Monday 10th June

This project is HVAC works but is NOT essential that the Site manager comes from this background as the M&E contractor has all the required capabilities.

As a Night Site Manager you will manage the site covering all activities of the site team, labour and sub-contractors to achieve successful completion in line with the set time frame and Company and Customer expectations Your focus will be to develop and maintain good working relationships with customers and other third parties in the best interests of the business during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities as Temporary Night Site Manager :

* Prepare full handover each night ready for the day site manager.

* Monitor and inspect the quality of work to ensure high standards of quality are achieved and address any issues with the sub-contractors and trades.

* Identify potential issues which will affect successful project delivery and take necessary action to remedy the situation or escalate as appropriate.

* Manage the performance of direct reports and sub-contract labour, ensuring they are working safely and efficiently.

* Ensure our HSQE standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to at all times.

* Take corrective action on any breach of policy to ensure a safe site, free of accidents and incidents, at all times.

* Co-ordinate the activities of different sub-contractors to ensure work is carried out efficiently and oversee performance to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the right standard.

Shift rate of £280 to £300

* Weekly pay
