The children hail from a mosaic of backgrounds, and many also have additional Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) such as Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. The school's work is as varied as it is challenging, and with a trauma and attachment-informed approach, they ensure that all staff receive extensive therapeutic training and support.

We are currently on the lookout for a Science teacher extraordinaire We welcome applications from specialists in any area of Science, as we prepare for the curriculum development for the next academic year. At this school, teaching staff are educators of children first and foremost, with a mission to build nurturing and positive relationships, and to motivate students in ways that are truly inspiring. Our Science curricula span Entry Level, Functional Skills, Key Stage 3, and GCSE, and you'll be supported by national subject champions who will help you become an expert in facilitating learning for the children you know best.

The children here require very special teachers who can manage complex behaviours with a blend of attention, the right communication, consistency, flexibility, and a non-judgemental approach.
