We are now recruiting for a Recruitment professional to support our incredibly successful Customer Success team, you will provide support in everything between administration and client meetings, you will be what allows us to keep succeeding.

No sales pitch here – this role is about building relationships and influencing recruitment strategies

As our Recruitment Administrator you will be supporting us to:

Shape recruitment strategies and best practices.
Leverage and supporting our clients with the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Generate insightful reports to influence recruitment strategy.
Experience in a position either within recruitment or digital marketing, a lot of our role is to advertise effectively
A natural affinity for building meaningful connections quickly.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
CRM experience is an advantage.

Please note, knowledge of the recruitment industry is beneficial, not essential for this role as full training will be provided.
