As the Joinery Shop Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to success. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the joinery shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

As the Joinery Shop Manager, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Proven experience in joinery and woodworking
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Excellent knowledge of joinery techniques and materials
* Proficiency in using joinery tools and equipment
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the joinery industry
