Job Title: Graduate Planner | Planner | Senior Planner

My client is looking for an excellent individual with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to advise a wide variety of landowning clients on the promotion of sites through Local and Neighbourhood Plans and in regard to the submission of planning applications.

Due to growth my client is looking to add a Graduate through to Senior to the team.

Planning appraisals
Preparing and submitting planning applications for a wide variety of development from large scale residential and commercial schemes to smaller rural projects
We are looking for an experienced Town Planner or planning focused Surveyor from either the private or public sector. Job title on entry and complexity of project workload will reflect the experience of the successful candidate. We would expect any candidates from a surveying background to be RICS qualified and to have extensive planning experience. The planning team comprises a mixture of RTPI and RICS Planners working across Local Plan, Neighbourhood Plan and planning application projects. Our current Planners come from both private and public sector backgrounds and range from graduate to Director level. We work closely with our surveying, architecture and design colleagues to deliver projects for a diverse client base. Company car
