Senior AWS Platform Engineer

Our Cloud and Platform Engineering role is diverse, challenging and dynamic. Not only will you be working with all three major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP and Azure) but also other key Open Source technologies such as Kafka and Kubernetes. Working closely with development teams, you will be implementing best practices around continuous deployment and scalable infrastructure. As part of a team, you will have the opportunity to work with major software, services and client organisations - across multiple industries.
When it comes to delivering on the possibilities of Cloud and DevOps, you know your stuff. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to excel in emerging platforms, technologies, and major software/services, to deliver serious results for some exceptional clients. Skilled working with core solutions and offerings of at least one of the major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP or Azure)
Pragmatic & Versatile Architecture Skills: You’re someone who is equally happy coding, whiteboarding and articulating approaches & solutions with clients, or leading a team. You will look to bring DevOps, Infrastructure-As-Code (IAC), automation and a 12-factor mindset to the table.
You are an advocate for promoting and incorporating best practices around automation, testing and building resilience into the broader delivery process.
