Continually drive various Continuous Improvement initiatives such as lean implementation, quality improvements and production efficiency across all elements of the Operations Function
Fully responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations including all elements of the Manufacturing Function, CNC Operations, Stores & Spares, Logistics, Finish Goods, Maintenance & Facilities, Health & Safety, Production Engineering and Sales
Lead all production planning activity from build and sales forecasting through final dispatch
Ensure production is cost effective, ran as efficiently as possible and minimise overtime spend
Sound knowledge, understanding and examples of implementation of lean manufacturing principles and methods
Excellent project management skills
Successful track record of training employees in productivity and safety
Successful implementation of an effective succession planning program
