A leading finance specialist currently requires a Mortgage Administrator to join its vibrant and friendly team.
It specialises in providing expert mortgage services and financial solutions to its clients, across Residential, Buy-to-Let, Bridging and Development Finance. The team is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and helping people find the right mortgage for their needs. It is looking for a dedicated Mortgage Administrator to join its dynamic team and assist in the smooth processing of mortgage applications.

Mortgage Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Process mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion
Maintain accurate records of client data and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date
Assist in preparing mortgage-related paperwork, including loan offers and contracts
Provide administrative support to mortgage advisors and clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Mortgage Administrator Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in mortgage administration or a similar financial services role is essential
Strong understanding of mortgage products and the application process
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Mortgage Administrator Desirable:

Experience using mortgage processing software
Residential, Buy-to-Let and Bridging Finance experience.
