We are seeking a driven and passionate Product Manager to take ownership of the strategic development and ongoing success of our empower® Employee Relations Case Management solution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and execute initiatives aligned with the needs of HR professionals and AdviserPlus's overall business objectives.
Immersing yourself in the challenges faced by HR teams, understanding pain points, workflows, and the ideal outcomes that empower aims to deliver
+ Working closely with sales, marketing, development, and customer support teams to streamline case workflows
+ Establishing KPIs, monitoring product performance, utilising analytics tools, and leveraging data to inform product iterations and optimisation
+ Line management of a small (presently 3 FTE) team of Product Owners / Business Analysts
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management, preferably within the HR software, Employee Relations and / or SaaS industry
+ Passionate about understanding the needs of HR professionals and building solutions
+ Proficient in utilising data analytics tools to measure product success
+ Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (business, technology, HR, or related)
Experience with Employee Relations case management software or HRIS systems
+ Agile methodologies and project management experience
