ServiceNow HR Software Engineer
LOCATION(S): Halifax or Leeds

HOURS: Full-time - 35 hours per week

We're looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Engineer to help shape the future of HR services. Design and develop custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.

~ Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain accurate Jira stories and Confluence documentation.

~ Raise change requests and manage implementation artefacts.

~ Build integrations with systems such as Workday and Microsoft Azure-hosted applications.

~ Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure quality and reliability.

~ Assist with platform upgrades , including skipped records and regression testing.

~ Stay current with ServiceNow platform enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement.



Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer , with at least 2 years of hands-on Workday integration and development .

~ Strong proficiency in ServiceNow technologies : JavaScript, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Document Transformation.

~ Understanding of Generative AI and automation .

~ SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT.

~ Awareness of ServiceNow security best practices .

~ ServiceNow certifications and agile methodology experience are a plus.



Experience with Workday, SAP, GCP , plus familiarity with GitHub, containerisation, Kubernetes, and automation .
