As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our business.
We are looking for a skilled and proactive In-House Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and aiding in acquisitions. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, client agreements, and licensing agreements.
* Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with best practices.
* Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues impacting the company's operations and strategic initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects, providing proactive legal guidance and solutions.
* Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation matters, working closely with external counsel as needed.
Degree in Law, ideally with LLP.
* Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance principles.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
