Responsibilities

Managing sales opportunities with existing clients
Qualify opportunities and forward to Regional Account Managers.
Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
Cross-selling, up-selling and client retention
Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

~12 months of account management experience would be desirable
~ Positive personality with strong communication skills
~ Resilient with a positive attitude
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~ Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
