Interested? Heres what we need from you:

  • A full UK Driving License and ability to provide your own transport as youll be working at various sites
  • Previous experience as an Area Support Chef or Head Chef in a small food business or a strong Sous Chef
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality, and cooking to our spec every time
  • Strong Leadership and Communications skills to motivate your team
  • Knowledge on minimising waste and controlling stock
  • Strict adherence to food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
  • Experience in cooking dishes from scratch
