Specialising in housing litigation, we fight for tenants living in sub-standard accommodation to bring landlords to account. Competitive salary depending on experience

You will work alongside senior solicitors, advocating in Courts across Greater London and providing critical advice on cases where landlords have failed to meet repair obligations.

Conduct advocacy in courts across Greater London
* Draft legal documents such as advices, pleadings, and skeleton arguments
* Stay updated on procedural changes, case law, and legislation
* Provide high-quality advocacy services
* Assist in drafting Points of Claim (PoCs)

The ideal candidate will be a qualified barrister or experienced solicitor with Higher Rights and have a passion for tenant advocacy.

* Critical thinker with a solid knowledge of housing law (s 9/10/11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act)
* IT literate with good typing skills
* Keeps abreast of housing law and legal developments
