Senior Mechanical Estimator - Top Tier M&E Contractor
My client is a prominent Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractor with a rich history spanning over five decades. They have built a solid reputation for excellence in various sectors, including commercial, education, industrial, data centres, and healthcare. Currently, they are actively searching for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to become a valuable part of their team, working on a landmark project located in West London.
Senior Mechanical Estimator - Top Tier M&E Contractor
To prepare and collate tenders and source pre-project information by a given deadline
* To analyse sub-contractor / vendor quotations and checking inclusions and exclusions
* Senior Mechanical Estimator - Top Tier M&E Contractor
Mechanical trade background is preferred
* Building Services ,Mechanical or QS qualification would be beneficial
Mechanical Estimator experience:
* 5-10 years’ experience within an M&E contractor
The salary on offer for this role is £60k-£70k+package,depending upon previous experience.
