Role Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders Translate needs into Jira user stories & process maps Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) Experience and 3rd‑party apps Support integrations, data migration, and security compliance Drive rollout, UAT, and BAU support - essential Champion adoption, training, and continuous improvement Skills Strong Salesforce configuration experience (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentic AI a plus Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, Jira, Confluence, Agile Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management Certifications (Business Analyst, Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred If this is of interest please response ASAP you need to be available immediately
