Warehouse Apprenticeship Scheme 2026 We are offering a fantastic opportunity for you to launch your career in supply chain and logistics This apprenticeship position is based at our state of the art Distribution Centre in Bardon, Leicestershire, UK. Location: Bardon Distribution Centre, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1FA Duration: Initial apprenticeship is 12 months, with the opportunity to progress and develop with further qualifications and/or permanent employment within the Distribution Centre Monday to Friday First 12 weeks 8.00pm After the initial 3 months of the apprenticeship, the shift patterns may move to a weekly rotating shift pattern of the Early Shift (6.30pm), and the Late Shift (2.VF Corporation is one of the world’s largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies connecting people to the lifestyles, activities and experiences they cherish most through a family of iconic outdoor, active and workwear brands. Our incredible range of fashion and apparel brands includes The North Face, VANS, Timberland, Napapijri, Eastpak, Kipling and many more As a Warehouse Apprentice, you will work in our state-of-the-art Distribution Centre with modern facilities. You'll earn £12.21/hour as you achieve your NVQ level 2 qualification, with the opportunity to progress to NVQ level 3 Team Leader. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. Quality – To ensure that all goods handled meet the correct quality for our business and our customers, and all items are accurately counted, checked and processed Delivery & Service – To follow the standardised process to meet key performance targets within the departments and deliver on time in full for our internal and external customer Inbound – Receiving, Checking and Sorting Inbound Cartons and Pallets either manually or through the automated systems Picking – Picking items for orders either through automated goods-to-person stations or manually VAS (Value Added Services) and Packing - to rework the products to the customers’ requirements at the automated station or manually An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. Training will take place at our Bardon Distribution Centre, Monday to Friday each week. Your training will combine "on the job" learning experiences as you perform your daily tasks and duties, along with some study time that will help you to gain your qualification.
