We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Representative (Cold Email Outbound Closer) to convert cold email outbound leads into qualified meetings, discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closed deals. This is a full-cycle closing role focused on mid-to-high-ticket sales (€10k–€120k).
You must be fluent in English and confident speaking with executives. This role requires high resilience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to consistently hit quota.
This is a remote, full-time role (minimum 8 hours/day).
Run discovery calls and sales calls with outbound prospects
Execute full-cycle sales: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
Conduct daily CRM updates and sales admin (~1 hour/day)
2–3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory)
Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach)
Fluent English (A Must Have)
15+ sales calls/week
60%+ discovery → sales call conversion
25–30% sales call → closed deal conversion
