Participate in Risk and Control projects to ensure delivery dates remain on target.
A primary focus will be Vendor Management – gathering statuses from vendor managers, Risk leads, and preparation of Risk documentation in relation to vendor escalations for presentation at Senior Management level.
Conducting user access reconciliations for Provide For Use applications, liaising with vendor management and Operations users, and vendors.
Service Account ownership.
Coordinating Low Risk renewals with Tech SMEs
You may also be involved in ad-hoc tasks as directed by more senior team members. you will liaise with Technical leads across our global and local teams.
Participate in project meeting routines or Risk and Control routines

Cleared Derivatives and Collateral Technology supports Collateral Operations, via a number of applications to enable the day-to-day functions of their business processes across four lines of businesses – OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income, Futures & Options (Exchange Traded Derivatives) and Prime Brokerage.

The role will be dynamic, enabling you to participate as a Business Analyst in many projects and programs across the team, both initiative funded and business as usual, in their nature.
With the Collateral Technology team being global in nature, this provides a number of benefits, including, but not limited to:

This role will be located with the Collateral Technology team, based in the Bromley office.

You may need to identify the right people in other parts of the firm to provide advice on resolving BAU/Risk and Control problems. You have worked in a Technology environment addressing Technology and Vendor Risk.
You will learn how to understand the existing business, document existing and future process flows, identify and prioritize the user requirement, highlighting any risks and issues.
You are flexible and will be able to work some weekends and Bank Holidays, as required.
