About the pub
The Oyster Bed is a stunning premium food pub in Whitstable.
This pub has a warm & welcoming feel, boasting stylish & modern décor throughout, as well as traditional features such as exposed brickwork, wooden beams and a real log fire for those cosy winter months.
Delighting guests with our Signature menu, The Oyster Bed currently trades at an average of 18,000 per week in net sales, with a sales mix of 60:40 in favour of food sales.
In addition to the stunning décor inside the pub, The Oyster Bed also benefits from a lovely patio area for al fresco dining, which proves popular with guests in the summer months
This is the perfect opportunity for a General Manager with a track record of building, leading & inspiring their team to succeed.
Management accommodation is available in the form of a 2 bedroom flat.
