Head Chef Ideal Profile:
A strong background within a gastro pub setting, with a focus on utilizing local ingredients
Strong leadership abilities are crucial, including the ability to inspire and lead a kitchen brigade
A proven track record of overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff,
driving
positive GPs ,
and achieving culinary excellence
Able to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase the best of British cuisine using locally sourced ingredients.

r eative and innovative, capable of developing menus that reflect classic British flavours while incorporating modern twists
Attention to detail is paramount, particularly in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Head Chef Responsibilities:
Develop creative menus that highlight classic British flavours using locally sourced ingredients
Regularly update menus to reflect seasonal changes and maximize the use of local produce
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations , including managing GPs , plus food preparation, cooking, and plating
Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering delicious, well-executed dishes that exceed guests' expectations
Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality, locally sourced ingredients
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen and adhere to all relevant safety protocols
