I am currently working with a long-established, family-run law firm with a close-knit team of around 15 staff. We are seeking a Legal Cashier to join our growing practice. This is a hands-on accounts role working alongside an experienced cashier, providing excellent exposure, support, and the chance to develop your skills at a steady pace.
Junior legal cashiers wanting more responsibility and mentorship.
More experienced legal cashiers who enjoy being an integral part of a small, friendly team.
My client is open to full-time applicants, and will also consider part-time hours for the right candidate.

Assisting with daily legal cashiering tasks in line with SRA Accounts Rules
Processing client and office account transactions
Bank reconciliations
Handling payments, receipts, transfers, and billing
Maintaining accurate financial records
Supporting the senior cashier and wider team with month-end and year-end duties
Assisting with general office and administrative tasks as required

Some experience in a legal cashier or accounts role (from entry-level up to ~5 years; Familiar with SRA Accounts Rules (training can be provided for junior candidates)
Comfortable working fully on-site in a friendly, collaborative office
