Our latest store brings CareCo’s fantastic range of mobility products to the locals of Stevenage or the first time. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll join a brand-new team of mobility experts all working together to help CareCo Stevenage make the best possible impression from day one. Our Stevenage Showroom is due to open in Summer 2024.
*Greet and serve all customers who visit the showroom
* Keeping the showroom clean and tidy
*Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment (experience in mobility retail sector is fantastic but not essential)
* The ability to meet sales targets through proven relationship selling techniques and excellent customer service skills
* Experience in the compliance of company procedures and systems relating to stock control and sales transactions
* Proven experience in the safe and accurate handling and managing of data ensuring GDPR compliance
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office particularly in Outlook, Word & Excel
* GCSE English & Maths at Grade C/4 as a minimum
*24,200 basic salary, plus an uncapped commission structure and Showroom Bonus Scheme
* Full-time hours – 40-hours over a 5-day working week, includes weekend work and may include bank holiday work (on a rota basis)
* 32-days annual leave (includes bank holidays) with extra days holiday for long-standing employees
