We are currently working with a leading business in their industry who are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their team.

The main aim of the internal sales representative is to develop both existing and new business. Whilst the business front is an online web shop, the team here have the goal of developing a good, loyal, long-term trade customer base that return.

Dealing with incoming calls and convert into sales
•Prepare quotations and follow through project all the way to order stage
•Attend meetings online or in person if required
•Confident telephone manner
•There are systems and software in place to assist with this role, including: CRM system to maintain accurate customer records for all communication and organising workflow.

Microsoft Office package, including Outlook for the use of email, Excel for recording data which along with the telephone these are critical tools for this role.

Full-time (8am 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch)
•Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 23 after one years' service
