Key Responsibilities Manage and communicate daily with drivers of incoming and outgoing bulk and packed vehicles, ensuring all paperwork is completed before entry. Maintain regular communication with internal depots regarding stock levels and allocation availability. Liaise with the internal sales team to raise purchase orders and organise packed haulage to meet customer requirements. Generate paperwork for all sales orders and depot transactions using system management tools. Interact with drivers at the goods inwards window and ensure smooth operations. Follow food safety, legality, and quality procedures at all times. Adhere to health and safety procedures and report any unsafe practices or conditions. Complete weekly administrative tasks such as receipting sales and purchase orders, scanning, and mandatory reporting. Provide cover and undertake reasonable tasks assigned by the Office Manager to ensure efficient depot performance. Candidate Requirements Basic IT skills and strong customer service abilities. Experience in a fast-paced office environment with the ability to manage competing demands. Excellent organisational skills and a professional telephone manner. Ability to deliver high levels of service to internal and external customers. Competence in processing purchase orders and managing customer orders to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
