Maintain specialist knowledge by keeping abreast of published materials, competitor practice, external market developments and trends and legislative and regulatory developments.
Support the negotiation and manage the relationship with vendors on our various benefits.
Investigate new internal benefits that enhance our offer to employees as part of our employer value proposition, and drive the uptake of existing benefits to ensure our toward reward offering is understood and highly valued.
Ensure we are compliant with all legislation from a reward and benefits perspective.
Acts as a Tier 3 SME for reward and benefit matters, acting as a champion for our operating model.

About You
