You'll have experience building relationships and working to targets, ideally within a sales or recruitment environment. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior level roles within a specialist engineering market. You can also expect to: Assess job specs and create adverts Proactively source specialist candidates Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video Manage interview and offer processes Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share Manage relationships with new and existing businesses Sell our services to new clients and pitch for retained business We encourage applications from people from all backgrounds and aim to have a workforce that represents the wider society that we serve.
