Proposed Interview Date: Friday 19th December 2025 The role As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation and handover and monitoring. You will oversee the retrofit process from start to finish. You will ensure that a high standard of customer service is provided throughout the customer experience. You will also provide accurate, effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP and provide guidance on solutions for meeting specific criteria. You’ll be liaising with colleagues to resolve issues, identify process improvements and to coordinate multiple projects. Occasionally, you will be expected to visit site to review projects and advise installers. The right fit Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management. Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) Certificate in Energy Efficiency for older and traditional buildings. You have previous experience of working in a Retrofit Coordinator role. You have experience working on SHDF, LAD/HUG, ECO contracts. You have experience using energy efficiency modelling software. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite You will have a full UK driving license.
