Community Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced Community And Partnerships Manager, to join our team, specializing in community building and community-based partnerships. As a key team member in our organization, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive community marketing strategy that drives engagement, attracts local talented freelancers, and aligns with Fiverr’s business goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who loves nurturing communities and building relationships. What am I going to do?
- Build a community marketing strategy to acquire high-quality freelancers in our target markets.
- Identify and capitalize on industry trends to enhance community offerings to attract our highest-skilled freelancers.
- Forge strategic partnerships in our target markets to attract high-quality talent.
- Create and execute an annual events and partnership calendar.
- Work closely with country managers in our target markets to achieve shared marketing goals for reaching new client buyers.
- Maintain relationships with community leaders across our global network. Assist these leaders with building their local communities through events and activations.
- Help our global community of freelancers with tools to help them build connections.
- Budget Management and Reporting: Assist in developing and managing budgets for partnerships and events
- Build a reporting structure that defines top-line KPIs to measure the impact of Community-related activities on our business
- Serve as an internal advocate for the interest of Fiverr freelancers and engage in related strategic projects
- Collaborate with the Social Impact manager on internal/external advocacy projects
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in community marketing or partnerships, focusing on community building and user acquisition.
- Expert-level project management and organizational skills.
- Proven background in both growing and retaining global communities
- Data-driven mindset. Understands how to synthesize information and use it to inform effective decision-making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across time zones with an international team to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in relationship management.
- Familiarity with SplashThat, Salesforce, Socialive, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Multilingual preferred (English/German/French)
- Comfortable with shaping a new role.
