Woodland Partners are working exclusively with this high profile , rapidly growing global Insurer to find their new Syndicate Accountant. Reporting to the Head of Finance this is a role with great variety and opportunity.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Production of all required quarterly and annual financial Lloyd's Returns.
  • Preparing Syndicate and Corporate Member Management and annual accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of systems for Syndicate reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial information for consumption by external parties such as Rating Agencies.
  • Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.
  • Analyse financial information for trends and errors.
  • Partner with the Underwriting department to produce relevant MI data.
  • Monitor and report cash flow position on a regular basis.

Skills & Experience required

  • Full or Nearly qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Previous Lloyd's Syndicate reporting experience (4+) specifically focusing on QMA, QMB, GQD, PMDR, QSR and the ASR.
  • Great oral and written communicator
