They’re seeking a Solution Architect (Manager) with strong public sector and consulting experience, capable of shaping end-to-end solutions for government or enterprise clients. The right person will combine technical depth with strong stakeholder management, leading cross-functional agile teams to design and deliver impactful, secure, and scalable systems.
Due to the nature of the work, all applicants must be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver complex, modern software solutions. Working closely with client-side architects and senior stakeholders, you’ll define technical strategies, manage delivery risk, and ensure designs meet both business objectives and user needs. You’ll also manage and mentor a small team of engineers and architects, supporting their development and driving technical excellence across projects.
Lead agile teams in architecting and delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Act as a technical leader and coach, supporting team growth and maintaining high delivery standards.
Proven background designing and delivering software solutions for modern, multi-tier architectures.
Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (SaaS, PaaS).
Experience mentoring or managing technical teams in agile environments.
Line management experience including performance reviews and objective setting.
Ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
Active involvement in professional or technical communities.
