Monivolt Ltd ( is a dynamic London-based fintech platform operating in the B2B private lending market. We specialize in sourcing high-quality debt deals and providing alternative capital solutions a diverse range of institutional borrowers, including financial sponsors, seasoned asset managers and established enterprises.

We focus on the ticket sizes between US$25m and US$1bn+.

General information:

- Position: Debt Origination Vice President;

- Industry: Fintech / Private Credit

- Contract type: full-time

- Location: London, Canary Wharf

- Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

- Manage the debt and secondaries origination efforts by identifying and sourcing high quality opportunities ($25m and $1bn+)

- Build strategic partnerships with Private Equity, Infrastructure Funds, Asset Managers and Corporates

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective borrowers

- Lead negotiations, execution and structure investment terms

Role Requirements

- At least 5 years of origination experience with Financial Sponsors, Alternative Asset Managers, Capital Markets or Investment Banking (origination teams)

- Strong experience in business development or origination within the financial services industry (private equity, private debt funds, infra+ funds, real estate fund, pension fund or insurance company)

- Strong relationships within Alternative Asset Managers (private equity, Infa+ funds, real estate funds, etc.)

- Strong understanding of an alternative investment industry.

- Hands-on experience in deal execution

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Self-motivation, organisation and focus on the result

- Strong teamwork-driven attitude

- Ability to work independently in a start-up environment with a “get-it-done” mentality

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university
