50 (weekly pay)
Shift Pattern:8am-8pm, 8pm-8am
Previous experience working with individuals with Autism and mental health diagnoses.


Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based in/around the Totton area and able to commute.


This role will be supporting a young person with Autism and Mental Health needs. Support Workers cover all manners of support for others – from companionship and days out, to personal care and housekeeping. 
~ Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
~ Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
~ Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
~ Assist with all aspects of daily living and have the ability to help someone build everyday life skills. (Cooking, cleaning, shopping and planning)
~Helping to plan and organise leisure opportunities such as seeing favourite bands, walking, places of interest etc.
~Helping with homework

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
~ Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
~ Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
~ Previous experience of supporting individuals with Autism.
~Previous experience of supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses.
