We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple packages from cradle to grave on a prestigious project in the heart of London. If you excel in high-pressure environments and have a proven track record with Tier 1 Main Contractors, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Package Management: Oversee multiple project packages simultaneously with a combined value of over £20 million, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • Day-to-Day Duties: Perform all essential SQS tasks including tender analysis, package procurement, pre-start activities, placing full subcontract orders, handling valuations, variations, and payments, conducting CVR reporting, assessing subcontractor claims, issuing relevant notices, and chairing meetings as required.
  • Reporting and Financial Management: Assist with or take on internal reporting responsibilities such as Monthly Cashflows, Directors' Reports, and CVRs, ensuring accurate and timely financial oversight.
  • Collaboration and Support: Report directly to the project SQS, who will provide guidance and support as needed to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 7-10 years as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with some experience working for Tier 1 Main Contractors.
  • Location: Must be able to commute to Tottenham Court Rd Station with a maximum travel time of 90 minutes each way.
  • Immediate Availability: Ready to start and make an impact from day one.
  • Independence and Capability: A stand-alone surveyor who can handle all aspects of the role independently.
