We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager for a well-established subcontractor in Bedfordshire

Our client specialise in projects which include care homes, new builds and apartments. They combine a family run business with experienced personnel to achieve a first-class service in the industry, specialising in screeding, rendering, dry lining and plastering.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be working with Directors in creating and formulating business development strategies, forecasts and sourcing new business opportunities and potential clients as well as managing systems to facilitate successful delivery of projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their projects, from initial bid to project completion. You will work closely with the sales team, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in commercial and new build housing is essential.
