This role sits at the centre of the creative planning and sales process — designing, refining, and delivering extraordinary journeys across Scotland, England, and Ireland. What You’ll Do • Design and quote tailor-made luxury itineraries for new and repeat clients • Work directly with high-end clients, travel advisors, and agents to understand their needs • Collaborate with operations and suppliers to source standout experiences and accommodation • Present polished, compelling proposals that reflect a premium brand style • Build long-term relationships with travel advisors and key partners • Stay up to date with new luxury offerings, trends, and opportunities across the UK & Ireland • Contribute creative ideas to improve planning processes and client experience • Support with pitch prep, brainstorming, and on-brand communications What We’re Looking For • 2+ years’ experience in travel sales, itinerary design, or luxury hospitality • A creative approach to problem-solving and itinerary design • Strong relationship-building and client-facing confidence • Comfort working to deadlines and closing bookings • High attention to detail in pricing, documentation, and presentation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • A collaborative mindset with ownership of individual projects • Confident using CRM systems, itinerary tools, and platforms like Canva Salary £27,000–£30,000
