In this role, you will support on exciting projects and become a strategic partner. Moving beyond traditional research, you will use data to solve complex business challenges. Kindly note that we have an office London and Manchester, and will be accepting applicants from either location.
Proactive end-to-end support on qualitative and/or quantitative projects, including the setup and maintenance of high-engagement online communities and activities.
Collaborate with data specialists and senior team members to combine multi-source data into compelling conclusions.
Leverage AI tools and behavioral frameworks to integrate different data types, uncover deeper meanings and increase the value of client deliverables. Build presentation skills by sharing findings internally, supporting client meetings, and effectively communicating the story behind the data.
Account & Commercial Management
Gain valuable client exposure by assisting with project-related communications and tasks.
Apply foundational knowledge to projects, adding value and supporting commercial objectives under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with the team to promote our brand by contributing to the creation of engaging content for social media and client outreach.
Apply a supportive and growth-oriented mindset to all tasks, contributing to the team’s commercial and brand objectives through diligent execution and collaborative problem-solving.
We value a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and applying structured thinking to complex problems. This could be developed through a degree in a relevant field (such as Social Sciences, Psychology, or Business) or equivalent practical experience. Advanced study or a Master's degree is a plus.
Data Synthesis: Integrating multi-source data (qualitative and quantitative) to form a holistic story.
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyzing research findings to identify patterns, themes, and key insights.
Leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance data analysis and uncover deeper meaning.
