West Midlands - Hybrid

Small Change Functional Consultant required for a leading Microsoft solutions client based in West Midlands. You will be required to support the consultancy and delivery teams across the full project lifecycle in compliance with policies and standards by implementing best practice approaches to pre-sales/design & analysis, configuration, testing and change management. Depending on the project size, you will work alongside a team of functional and technical consultants to ensure a seamless delivery and a cohesive approach.
You will be involved in every stage of the solution implementation, from conducting workshops and analysing customer requirements to configuring the D365 application and managing releases and environments.
Manage smaller D365 CE implementation projects, including overseeing budgets, resources, and milestone reporting, with support from PMO and guidance from senior or lead consultants.
Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and estimates, in collaboration with the Sales and Consultancy teams.
When modifications or customisations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application or processes are needed, facilitate the customer’s decision-making process and, together with senior or lead consultants, create the functional design document that will guide the development phase.
Bring industry-specific experience and insights to recognise challenges and risks associated with implementing vertically aligned applications.
