People & Business area senior leadership teams to identify the big operating model and organisation design shifts that will best enable us to achieve our goals.
Develop high-level organisation design and operating model solutions that enable strategy execution, including e.g. clarifying future capability requirements, recommended high-level structures, design of aligned critical metrics and governance and articulation of desired decision-making rights and ways of working
Partner areas of our business to lead the development of organisation design solutions that support delivery of our strategy and transformation portfolio, incl. Deliver detailed organisation design solutions where required (e.g. for a specific Function or Business Unit), working with HR, Finance, Transformation and other colleagues to develop OD outputs
Have a proven track record in the design and delivery of OD in Retail, Consumer or other Private Sector industries, ideally from within a top-tier management consulting organisation
Confidence and poise in presenting to management and senior leaders
