Senior Quantity Surveyor Projects

We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a newly secured project in Enfield for a national Tier 1 contractor.
They work in the education, local authority, health care, commercial/industrial and leisure marketplaces and a majority of the work is won through frameworks such as SCF, Pagabo, DFE and strategic partnerships with local authorities and large independent government bodies. The initial scheme is a new build school in Enfield for £30 million which has been negotiated initially on a framework agreement and is just finishing a detailed 2nd stage build up and is due on site 1st quarter of 2024.
Once on site you will be responsible for procuring packages, overseeing the management of subcontractors, and set up the procedures for payments, valuations, remeasures, subcontractor engagement and pre-start meetings, chair client meetings, manage the variation account, manage CVR's and other internal reporting metrics all the way through to final account.
You will have full commercial reporting authority for the scheme and we will be responsible for forecasting and the financial health of the scheme and you will report into a visiting commercial manager and have the full support and backing of a national contractor.
