SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

UP TO £68,000

LONDON BASED

We are working with a rapidly growing market research agency who use their in-house SAAS platform to streamline quantitative and qualitative research projects for their clients. This is a new role in their customer success team where you'll be overseeing projects from end to end, and be hands-on with scripting and managing key client relationships.

The Customer Success Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new customers to their in-house platform
  • Analyse a range of qualitative and quantitative data sources
  • Develop and manage customer relationships.
  • Generate insights and craft compelling stories for clients
  • Work across a variety of clients across sports, FMCG, retail and more

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Customer Success Manager will have:

  • A background within research, with 4+ years’ experience
  • Experience working with quantitative and qualitative data
  • Great communicator
  • Line management
  • Knowledge of Q/SPSS is desirable
