For some time, we have seen a marked increase in the number of vacancies within Private Client law across the whole of Devon making it a good time to consider your options.
One such opportunity is with a highly regarded multi-office law firm at their Exeter offices. This firm has a superb reputation for both quality of work and staff retention and they have enjoyed significant growth of late.
Working within a friendly, busy team, this role will involve providing timely assistance to Fee Earners on matters such as Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax, LPAs, Court of Protection matters etc and it will be a varied, interesting role.
Duties will include:
Audio typing of correspondence, documents etc
Extensive liaison with Clients over the telephone
Answering emails, providing assistance where possible
Management of fee earners' diaries
Opening files, filing, photocopying and scanning
All other related administrative tasks as appropriate
If you are currently working as a Legal Secretary within Private Client law and feel as though a new environment / challenge could be just what you need then we would love to hear from you.
To be considered you must have gained at least 12 months experience of working as a Legal Secretary, with Private Client experience being a significant advantage. That said, consideration will be given to those individuals wishing to switch from a different discipline of law.
